Please note 2-5 business days of our shipping preparation and handling period. This period starts immediately after payment cleared.
We are using express logistics services (i.e. DHL, etc.) to deliver products purchased from our online store directly to customer’s addresses. All products are sent with “signature on delivery required”. No PO Box are accepted; we can only ship to actual home/work individual address, at which either customer or delegate can provide signature.
Please note that – dependent on your country – rules and regulations, the logistic company may or may not provide customs clearance and import tax payment operations (for the products which are import tax applicable). It is solely your responsibility to accept calls/emails from the customs or logistic company and cooperate with the logistic company (or their 3rd party service) to provide information required for custom clearance. It is solely your responsibility to accept and perform import duty payments (if those are applicable for your purchased product). Please contact us prior purchase if you have any questions about import process and duties responsibilities.
Shipping cost is calculated on checkout based on delivery address information you provided and dependent on overall weight/size of your purchase (note that sizes and weights are displayed at product pages). Shipping cost must be paid at checkout within Invoice Total. We are not accepting “split” payments for shipping.
Important: If you request purchase cancelation after product was already shipped to you, then shipping cost is non-refundable.
Important:If you decline to pay import duty or refuse to cooperate with the customs or logistic company, incurring product return to us as “undeliverable”, then shipping cost is non-refundable.
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable. This applies to ALL cases.
Note: dependent on your country/location, the one-time returning shipping label may or may not be included into initial shipping fee. We will inform you additionally, as soon as return is requested.
