Prices in our Store are shown in USD, however payments might be accepted in your local currency – subject of the chosen payment gateway rules.
There are two available payment gateway options available in our store: Ziina and Stripe. For payments you will be redirected from our Store to appropriate 3rd party payment platform.
Important note: We require full payment clearance to our bank account prior order handling and shipping. The bank clearance period with our current payment partner is 1-2 business days (please mind public holidays and weekends). We will notify you once you payment is fully cleared and order moved to next phase.
Important note: Our current ordering process does not require you to pay immediately at the order placement. Upon order placement your order will be placed on-hold for a short period, allowing us to validate your shipping address and confirm final shipping fee quote from our shipping carrier (DHL). Once shipping fee confirmed, the final order will be sent to you via registered email. The email will contain a final order review link (our site) with online Payment gateway link (external site to our payment partner).

Important notes: Payment gateway operates at external web site. You do not require to navigate to Ziina website yourself – appropriate link is generated dynamically at the moment of your checkout. Once payment completed and cleared, we will notify you via email.
At this stage we can only accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay and GooglePay.
